This is a great software for medical practices. I like how it's easy to use and navigate through the program. The customer service is very helpful as well. It's easy to keep up with appointments and send emails. You can also share patient information by using this software. There are many features of this application that may be confusing at first but once you get used to it, it will become easier to use. It has helped our practice grow by allowing us to provide better care to our patients. We have been able to improve our efficiency in the office. With this software we are able to send out appointment reminders, schedule an appointment, and even receive text messages when a patient calls about their appointment.
