I just got a jellyfish lamp in the mail. When I opened the lamp, I saw a speaker hanging inside. I attempted to remove part of the tank and was surprised to be able to access the bottom. But as I thought, the speaker was plugged in but was dangling in the cutout. I decided to leave the lamp anyway because I just put the speaker in place, no big deal. Then I installed the lamp according to the instructions. To my surprise, water leaks from the bottom of the lamp. I was very happy with this purchase and am totally sad that I cannot use it in any way. Contacted support and they blamed the delivery of Revain. The motor was also defective so I'm pretty sure it was their fault as they delivered a cheap product. In any case, they didn't help. So big fat zero stars for customer service.
