It withstands heat!: Duct Tapes

I taped this duct tape to my wood stove chimney for a little extra security and to keep the pieces together. I've only made two fires so far, but I've lit them very hard because I'm not very good at regulating the temperature of the wood stove yet. The tape held up very well and there were no problems. I, on the other hand, was very uncomfortable in the heat and dreaded the thought of lighting a fire in a wood stove and going to bed. Maybe I just choose to freeze to death. This seems like a more convenient way.
