Terrible Customer Service. Overall I really liked this product. Decent price, very stylish and goes great with a Surface laptop. Especially good if you want to declutter your workspace and avoid bulky docking stations. But I had problems with this adapter from day one. I didn't hear any sound at first when I plugged it in, but that was fixed when I changed the speaker setting. But when I made this change, the mic went dead and people couldn't hear me on video calls. I've had this adapter for 4 weeks now. I had to disable it but it's useless. I contacted customer service and they first replied and then didn't get back to me. It took them a few days to respond to my ticket and now I've been on hold for weeks so I went and opened a second ticket. All of this for what should be a basic fix is unacceptable.
