I should have read more or tried to find out the actual size. After all, he's holding two 100-pound bottles off the wall and padding the tie-down straps. The straps are not very strong. It's easy to draw eyes through them. The straps don't reach up to the 100-pound bottle either. So it's still unusable. I took some eye bolts from Home Depot and threaded them through a penny washer into the ends and this forms the termination point for the ratchet strap. It does not need to be overtightened, this is done for safety reasons only. I sealed the top with a standard exterior gasket. At least I have what you could get with a treated 2x6 print for a few bucks.
