Working from home during COVID requires more computing power, less desk space and less noise. This product is 1/3 smaller than I expected, half the size of my laptop, very quiet and powerful. Now I can attend two virtual events at the same time :-) The device didn't boot after two days, maybe because of all the updates I downloaded or because I didn't connect the wireless network antenna. How many times have we bought products from resellers who don't know the products. So I asked for a refund first. The seller, VL NORTHSIDE ELECTRONIC, immediately approved the return and refund upon my request. Because I didn't want to repackage the item and send it to UPS, I ask them to send me a new boot. SSD. VL supported me and sent me a replacement SSD. Jesse from VL knows the product very well, he was pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and efficient. He helped me troubleshoot, sent me a replacement SSD, helped me set up the SSD and HDD. I understand that VL and Jessie could ask me to return the box to save them the hassle. I highly recommend VL NORTHSIDE ELECTRONIC and the Dell product.
