💻 2021 Dell OptiPlex 3080 Micro Form Factor: i5-10500T, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, WiFi, HDMI, Bluetooth, Win 10 Pro Review

Hard drive problems from day one. Down mode is very intermittent, so it only happens every 3-4 weeks (too late for Revain to come back). The problem worked at Dell until they realized that the SSD was after a market change. I can't contact the seller. Phone messages and email messages will not be returned. I saved some money by buying from Revain but now want to buy direct from Dell. I will never use this provider again.

I do a lot of distance learning, virtual workshops and virtual panel discussions. This little bug fits nicely on an AV cart and easily hides behind a smart TV, allowing me to work from the back couch or downstairs chair (I have 2) rather than being strapped to my desk. Can also stand and deliver if required. Connectivity isn't an issue as they have nice USB ports.

So far, setting up the computer has been very easy, but I can't download my Microsoft 365 products because I need the serial number and EVERYTHING is in Chinese. Maybe I missed something too, but it should support dual monitors, but there is only 1 HDMI port. How do I set up a dual monitor?

I bought this computer primarily because of its compact size. It was also a quantum leap in computing power compared to my last computer (8 years old). I am satisfied with the performance out of the box.

I have ordered 7 of these computers for use behind conference room displays. Upgrading the memory was easy and they still work great, even with Revitor and other programs with moderate graphics performance. Shipping and delivery was from a few days to a week +. Would use this seller again - highly recommend.

This Dell desktop is very small and has the performance of a large tower. Worth the money and the customer support is amazing! We've been enjoying it since we plugged it in.

Without a doubt, one of the best options for a desktop PC. Superior components combined with a compact design. Almost as small as Intel's NUC, but you still have the option to expand or add components if you want. Great product at a competitive price.

Working from home during COVID requires more computing power, less desk space and less noise. This product is 1/3 smaller than I expected, half the size of my laptop, very quiet and powerful. Now I can attend two virtual events at the same time :-) The device didn't boot after two days, maybe because of all the updates I downloaded or because I didn't connect the wireless network antenna. How many times have we bought products from resellers who don't know the products. So I asked for a refund…

When you update work computers; this is the way. Small size takes up very little space on the desktop. With an Intel Core i5 processor, you have enough power to run Excel spreadsheets.

These Optiplex Micros offer excellent value when you need a lot of performance in a small space. I use them in conference rooms behind big screen TVs so the desk can use a wireless keyboard and mouse, the TV can have a webcam via USB, and the presenter can easily access the USB for a flash drive if needed. The six-core i5 is super fast, an NVME drive is a must, and 8GB of RAM is all you need in most situations. Will buy these again.
