Bought a replacement band for my Fitbit Surge because the original band broke at the screws on the back. I carefully removed the old one, being careful not to damage the sensor. Apply glue to both sides of the front and put on a new watch strap. Wiped off excess glue and screwed the screws back on. This is very easy and takes about ten minutes. A group of excellent quality.
