I love how cute my hair is and how mermaid it is! However, I didn't realize that you have to wait for it to warm up before using it lol and I'm a beautician so that's saying something. Maybe I should read the instructions lol but I really hate the position of the button. I turned it off every time I adjusted my hand to run it through my hair. It drove me nuts but not something I couldn't handle just bothered me but that was only when I did it one handed so call me talented lol but other than that it's great if it worked great on my super oily (greasy hair) days, it worked great on my thicker (just not so wavy) or thinner days awesome, loved it! I found that I got better results by following the rule of thumb and getting pieces no thicker than a barrel, which was great, especially when my hair was clean!
