The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it leaked a bit when I got it. But as for the product, before I got it, mouth ulcers were driving me crazy. I couldn't eat or drink, it was very painful. My doctors advised me to drink a pain relieving mouthwash, but pain relief doesn't mean healing! And you don't even taste the food! So I tried prophylaxis instead and was very satisfied: it made my mouth more comfortable with no numbness. I still have to be careful with hot or spicy food, but now the difference is huge. I can eat, I can drink, I don't have multiple mouth ulcers. Prevention Makes My Mouth Heal Naturally! When you are going through chemotherapy you need to do whatever it takes to make your life comfortable and this product really helps. But don't forget to use it often! I sometimes feel a bit of a burn at first (e.g. 15 seconds), but then I feel a lot better in my mouth very quickly.
