If I could give less than one star I would. Didn't get 5 months of service, got a blaze out of my back and found I had to pay for repairs to send it back. After 5 weeks I got another unit that lasted less than 3 weeks and failed. I contacted them and they sent me a part to install. It fixed something. Then they told me to send it back. With the extended warranty and the double shipping, that would be more than half of the device costs. My advice is stay away from it. Technical support is not that helpful, for example, sends prepared comments to save your information. Hey, he's dead, how do you do that. And he's throwing bad money after good money. To run.
