They fit great and the insole is very comfortable. The heel is slightly convex, the arch is noticeable but not uncomfortable so my foot doesn't slide into it. . The downside to this is that they don't slide down my foot without lacing. You can't just reset them, but maybe that will come with time and a little getting used to. The padded collar is not thick but comfortable and more than adequate for overall comfort and fit. All materials appear to be of good quality. I really like these shoes!
