Great little booties!
I have been struggling with cracked heels for many years. I've tried sleeping in socks but I HATE sleeping in socks. So I end up taking them off because my feet get too hot. These boots are perfect! Because my toes are open my feet don't get as hot and after sleeping in them for a day or two my cracks have improved a lot. They don't last forever and I don't recommend washing them in the washing machine. But they will last for 3-6 months. The gel wears off but I can't imagine how it can stay intact after all my walks in them. Although the gel didn't come off with me. I highly recommend this item!
