I am satisfied with the product, it really helped me with my rough heels. The only downside I noticed is that I tossed them in the wash and the seam came up a bit the first time. So when you wash yours, you should probably use the gentle cycle.

My heels get drier and drier with age. I don't really like wearing socks, but this product is worth it! I wore them every day for the first 2 weeks. Every other day I also wet my heels before putting on the gel sleeves. For the first 2 weeks I wore them 3 times a week before bed. After 2 weeks my heels were like new!
