I cannot recommend this product highly enough if your zipper puller is broken. Really works and holds up to heavy use.
My biggest complaint about my large outdoor bags and laptop bags are the cheap zipper tabs, which quickly break off the zipper travel mechanism (connecting the two parts of the zipper). I've bought this product more than once, so the only way I can banish the zipper irritation is with a paper clip or singing. With heavy use, they really hold up and work. I cannot recommend this product highly enough if you have a broken zipper.
