Review on ChloraZinc Rinse for Vets - 8 oz by Tammy Ross

Not a very good experience. I was only sent the conditioner, not the tip needed to use on my dog's teeth. Their support team was very responsive (thanks for that!) and promised to send tips quickly. Unfortunately they sent me a straight straw which wouldn't work with a bottle. Again, they got the job done quickly and finally sent me the correct tip that screws onto the bottle and is angled so you can turn the bottle upside down and squeeze the conditioner right onto your teeth. I've read some other comments about people explaining how it works when the dog starts licking right after turning it on. When you get your hands on this stuff, it becomes obvious why it works! It's less thick than sticky and I can understand how it forms a barrier on her teeth. I really love this product and would happily give it a full five but the missing applicator tip prevented me from using it for 2 weeks after paying a lot of money to brush my dog's teeth. They sent me another bottle so they got 4 stars instead of 3. I would buy again and hope for better quality control!
