Terrible! I'm shocked. I ordered a pillow for my friend's birthday. Picked up a pillow on the way to the party. The pillow came without a box, without a cover, in some kind of package. I ordered this particular pillow as it comes in a beautiful box and cover. Where is it all? I didn't mean to give this! I could order this anywhere and at a different price. Where is the box? Where is the normal packaging? Where is everything in the picture? Where is everything I paid for? In a terrible frustration, instead of going to the birthday party, I had to run around the city in search of a normal pillow. And more than twice as expensive, because there was no time to look for something. And I'll deliver it tomorrow. As for the pillow itself: I ordered size C for a short woman with a short neck. The pillow came probably for a five-year-old child. Extremely thin, very soft. In the photo, what should be and what I received
