I don't know why we couldn't use the ink cartridges to their fullest. The printer itself is less than 6 months old. This is my 82 year old mother's printer so she doesn't print much. She put in freshly printed ink cartridges on 1/6/2021 and made about 6 color copies and 25 black and white copies before she had problems and the printer stopped printing. She had just made a copy that appeared to be in color but without the black ink. Then he didn't let her type anymore. Printer: HP Envy 6000. Does anyone else have this problem or a solution?
