The system is VERY easy to install. I have been using a 5-stage reverse osmosis system for about 9 years. This installation took about half a day and several tutorial videos. In comparison, the installation of this 3M system is really VERY easy. One inlet pipe, one outlet pipe. Saves a lot of space under the sink, delivers almost unlimited drinking water at constant pressure. Don't worry about which filter needs replacing, when, tank maintenance, etc. Simply brilliant. The only reason I'm giving a low rating is because my package didn't include the 5th blue 1/4 hose fitting. It just wasn't there. When I called 800, the auto-greeting told me my problems should be Monday through Friday. I had to run to the hardware store to buy the missing tube and complete the installation as planned and if I can't make it in my allotted time it will mean a delay of at least another week. So while the product itself is AMAZING, the overall experience is sub-par. Incomplete delivery without support is simply not acceptable. I could dial 800 again and wait 40 minutes to express my displeasure, or I could leave a low review. Which I find more efficient.
