The ease of using the system and the ability to customize it to meet the needs of any organization. There is nothing I dislike about the system. I have been using this system for over two years now and I have not found anything that would make me look for another system. This system is very user friendly and has a great support team. I have no complaints about this product. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a good system. I am able to perform all of my daily duties with this system.
