Review on πŸ”§ CP835 Heavy-duty Nibbler by Chicago Pneumatic by Adam Matthews

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Initial problem

this worked on .63 aluminum sheet. My compressor is 2 hp, 30 gallons, 5.5 hr cube feet per minute at 90 psi inches. Tried aluminum sheet 1.25, did not help. Immediately after the first 3-meter cut, it stopped working. After researching the information on the internet, someone suspected that this could be due to bitten aluminum parts getting stuck in the channel where the hammer vibrates. I had to take the cuff off and clear the jam from time to time, but after doing this about 20 times it stopped sticking every 2 inches and started running smoothly. This can be very annoying at first. It uses a lot of air and ideally a larger compressor would work better with this tool, but this compressor is manageable.
