I like that it has all of my invoices in one place, so there is no need to keep track of them separately or worry about misplacing any paperwork! It also keeps me organized with reminders throughout each month. Some features are not as intuitive; however this could be because they haven't been used much by others yet (I'm new). If you're looking into an invoice/accounting system then give expressmaintenace a try - we've had nothing but positive results from using their services thus far. We have increased efficiency through our accounting process while being able to access information at anytime via mobile devices.
