Package received, box was slightly damaged and a needle in the sealed bag was in intelligence and under the box. As for the grip. Heavier than expected. Solid but not the best connection, but it connects with no issues. Haven't used it yet but I know I can open the tailgate without hitting the jack. The pens seem like a bunch, but that was to be expected. I'll swap them for locking pins. Overall a worthwhile purchase. Disappointed with what is made in China.
