You are amazing! They are great for protecting my joints. I train with a heavy bag every day and the traditional bandages have torn and injured my joints. It could be because of how I wound, but more than likely because I used them every day. One of the trainers at the gym suggested trying gel wraps instead and I love it! They are not small, but medium ones work very well. No problem. This type of Everlast seems to stick a little better than other Everlast gel wraps. I liked them so much I went back and bought a green pair.
