Great experience using Business Centre module

We had been doing business at several locations for 7 years which makes our store really spread out geographically. I hated managing everything myself from being online to offline (and this was a good thing) that's now taken care of due to my business partner and our admin assistant who are helping me monitor orders and manage all aspects in one platform. Sometimes it can be hard keeping up with customer requests due time difference between India/Singapore/Malaysia but nothing they've helped resolve so far as far as i know. Have always recommended Shopdesk to friends or any clients considering shopdeak as an ebusiness solution for their small boutique businesses. It has truly improved the way we operate and maintain multiple locations simultaneously by providing us remote access via web and mobile applications. I like the ease of use and the support that are available. I also like the ability to see my store info in one place. I dislike the fact that it is difficult to add new features. I wish there was a way to keep the information that is already on the site and have a way to update the information that is already there. I use it for my retail store. It makes it easy to keep track of inventory and make reports.
