Review on PepperMate Traditional Peppercorns Ergonomic Adjustable Kitchen & Dining by Anna Reed

One of these coffee grinders has worked for me for about 10 years with no problems except I lost it when I moved house and it's not their fault. I recently bought a new one and it was just as good as mine. old UNTIL the cup cracked! It was only 2 months old, had never been dropped, and there was a piece of plastic in my coarsely ground pepper! I call that foul! Obviously this is a known bug. Support on pepmate.com cannot be contacted. Couldn't find a replacement, hence 2 stars. When it comes to pepper mills, you'll find a better one, although they're a little difficult to use if you have arthritic fingers. But what about the quality? No longer. I'm sorry to say this, but I'm looking for another pepper mill again. sigh
