Excellent Valuable Creatine!

It's only about 20 servings and if you're in the loading phase eat the whole bottle. The tablets are big. Take one at a time as needed, but remember the serving size is 6 tablets. So if you have trouble with pills, avoid them completely and try their powder version. Great company, great brand and you get all the promises on the bottle. Product 10/10 and would definitely recommend to a friend who needs a cheap form of creatine!
