Review on Electrolux 241537103 Control Mount Foshan by Seann Barnes

Fits perfectly. Works great, but the problem isn't the thermostat.

Thermostat replaced and fridge STILL not working properly. Freezer Frigidaire 10 cu. Feet with top attachment. I live in a city with a river and people are building docks on it. A few years ago they used styrofoam blocks for buoyancy in docks; big mistake. Expanded polystyrene has passageways between the cells of the foam that allow water to penetrate. At some point, the foam will get wet and the bridges will no longer float. Frigidaire used the same styrofoam in his refrigerator. Where the temperature sensor is mounted is a 5 x 3 x 4 inch block of Styrofoam that the temperature sensor bulb snakes over and attaches to. A drain hose also runs through this block. BAD DESIGN. Water seeps out of the freezer compartment and/or ice forms/melts and fills this block of foam creating a block of ice which affects the temperature sensor causing the temperature gauge to become ice covered. That is why the refrigerator does not work properly. SOLUTION: Remove foam block and replace with closed cell foam. I cut a few pieces out of Dow Blue construction foam. Fridge works great now. Works great for 3 months. FYI: The fridge was only three years old and the neighbor bought a new one instead of trying to fix it! Corrupt repairmen probably wanted $400 to fix it!
