From the outside, both handles looked normal. But from behind. Two screws attach the handle to the base. One of the screws on the first handle broke off. The second had both screws in place, but they were so tight that the screw heads snapped off. The second also had a number of scratches on the inside from the previous installation. They have been repackaged and not tested prior to sale. Being in a hurry, I removed the 3 screws I could and replaced them with new ones and threadlocker. The stripped screw was touched lightly on the wire welding machine so it doesn't move.
