Review on Traffic Plastic Training Outdoor Activity by Colin Watkins
Too short for what I need.
I use them as a bus driving instructor, they work well. Slightly blown by the wind and hardly too short, they often pass under the bumper instead of marking the collision object. So if it wasn't for the fact that they're lightweight and portable I'd trade them in for larger cones, but so far they're working.
