Review on 💡 KINGDO Surface Pro Charger 36W - Compatible with Surface Pro 3, 4, & 5 - Including Carrying Pouch by Todd Markel

I am giving five stars partly because of their excellent customer support. I've owned it for almost a year after the original Surface power cables began to fray. I've found that I'm a very mobile user, so I'm always plugging in and unplugging, throwing things in my bag and going somewhere. What I found with this power supply is that the cables are great and never frayed on me like they did with the original Surface power supply. The problem I've personally had is that the inputs on either end of the power supply have loosened up a bit, which only properly powers it when it's in the exact position. However, this happened after quite intensive use over a longer period of time. When this happened I contacted their support team and they were more than willing to send me a new replacement PSU. I appreciate their flexibility in this regard and it has given me peace of mind.
