It's ok, but not very good
Installing 3.5 inch drives is a problem. The bottom four-pin power connector is spring-loaded (why everyone knows), making it very difficult to align and connect to the hard drive. The software is also very basic and buggy. I started Microsoft Windows 10 and I couldn't see the program after minimizing it. I had to launch Windows Program Manager to restart it. The instructions also leave a lot to be desired - poorly written. After some frustration with connecting a drive and reading software, the device worked perfectly, although I only used it to read and copy files.
