I like that we can have up to 16 different categories of projects, each with its own due date if you need it or not at all depending on what is important enough to meet your deadline. It's easy for us as project managers to view our assignments at any given moment and know if they are still ahead of schedule or behind by using this software. The customer service has been terrible from support team, very slow responses to emails when problems occur. This product should be used only for short term projects and/or tasks that won't last longer than 2 weeks maximum. We use the program to assign and track our work during busy times so we can ensure deadlines aren't missed.
