Today I received the carpets and decided to use them to make pasta. Before use, follow the cleaning instructions. The macarons baked well, however 95% of the macarons stuck to the mat and were difficult to remove. Lost about 5 bowls of noodles trying to get them off the mat. The sheets were odorless and weren't too difficult to clean. Since most of the pasta shells got stuck and wouldn't slide off, I had to soak the mat in water for 2-3 minutes and I was able to easily remove the residue with a rag and soap. It's perfect for the Nordic Ware pan! The only good thing about the pan is the circles that indicate how much batter to put in it.
