Update 7/22/28 - AC Delco parts made me believe again

UPDATE - 7/22/18 - I recently removed the brakes after driving 209,000 miles to work on the suspension. I now have 26,000 miles on these ACDelco brake pads and rotors and the brakes don't look like they've been used much. I seriously assume I can get 75,000+ miles on this brake work. This has never happened in the time I've owned this car. No more aftermarket pads and rotors for me! I had to write this review because I am very happy with my work with Delco AC brakes. I will post the same comment on the AC Delco rotors I used. I have a 193,000 mile 1999 Chevy Silverado 1500 2WD that I've had some brake work on in the last 70,000 miles. I used to buy parts from well known dealerships and the brakes couldn't last more than 30,000 miles. The linings wear out very quickly and the rotors always remain under the rotational power. 30,000 miles! I didn't even bother with the lame guarantee they offered. Well, I finally gave up the cheap aftermarket junk and installed AC Delco Advantage rotors and ceramic pads at 183,000 miles. Visited Revain recently, bought AC Delco parts very cheap and was happy with everything. 2 of my rotors were sold from stock and were in perfect condition. Anyway, I've been tweaking everything and I feel like I've finally got the truck back to normal. After about 1000 km the truck stopped as if it were brand new. Just today, after 10,770 miles with these brakes, I changed my front wheel bearings. When I got to the brakes and discs, they looked practically new. I mean seriously, they showed virtually no wear on either side of the rotor, both the left and right side of the truck. I was completely shocked. I will definitely continue to fit genuine AC Delco parts in the truck as I have been very happy with all of their parts so far.
