The problem with flat screen mounts is where do you put your cable boxes now? There are not many products that simply solve this problem. This little one does his job well. It's extremely light and not particularly strong, but once you tighten everything up there's no reason why it shouldn't work with an optional xfinity X1 block or a flex block. Get the right cables and he'll happily do anything you can ask for in a motorized TV mount.
