I gave it to them for warranty repair, but since the flaw had not materialized, they simply wrote without inspecting anything. When they restore it to its factory settings, it functions normally for a while until the problem reappears: the phone hangs and cannot be unlocked, switched off, or restarted. Only when three keys were held down did it abruptly turn off. Up to seven restarts are required each day. I went inside the shop, explained the predicament, and requested a new phone. They open it and advise returning it for repair, but they make no move. They consequently decline to exchange the flawed items.
