Ingredients listed on the bottle: WATER, DIPROPYLENE GLYCOL, ETHANOL, NONIONIC SURFACTANT, ODOR CONTRACTOR and SODIUM XYLENE SULPHONATE. It is NOT a urine destroyer. This is an analogue of hand sanitizer - it destroys germs. All microbes? I do not know. I'm mad about this purchase because it doesn't stop my pup and kitten from repeating their mistakes on the carpet. I won't smell it, but she probably will.
