The benefits are great for employees who have never been in this type organization before or those with no experience at all! There is always something going on internally which can be very beneficial when you want some extra help but don't know where else it would come from if not your own department (ie HR).
Some things take time getting used too; there's still many processes left behind after implementation so I think they need more training/support during initial setup phase. Benefits include flexibility through full-time part-timing schedule options along side traditional salary pay model.
