Do not use for a long period of time.
I had surgery on my dominant hand and arm and someone told me to try it to help with the butt wiping problem I will have. It got bad on the 3rd day after my surgery and I wasn't able to go anywhere to find a new one and had nowhere to go to send it in for a refund so I stuck with it. It is not easy to use at the beginning, you need to practice. I wouldn't recommend it if you need it for a long period of time. Try looking for something else with better parts. I gave it 2 stars because it was fine for the short time I needed it even though it has few working parts.
