Review on Neutrogena Mineral Sheers Foundation Natural by Brooke Flora

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A boon for those with sensitive skin; does not cause acne, looks natural and is not tested on animals!

My long search for the best budget foundation for sensitive skin is finally over! This lightweight product looks very natural. Don't expect *full* coverage, but expect comfortable skin with no acne-causing conditions. Because it's mineral-based, it doesn't feel like your regular pore-clogging foundation; I've spent two weeks in a row wearing it almost every other day with no breakouts. I would never have expected that from a pharmacy brand. I would compare it to Bare Minerals but I've gotten rid of their products in the past. I have VERY sensitive skin due to keratosis pilaris (one of the many annoying common conditions associated with red bumps on facial skin). and it was the first foundation that didn't make it worse while covering the redness decently. I recommended it to my friend who has eczema and she had no irritation either. IF YOU TAKE PORES EASY and are looking for more "full coverage" I would recommend the combination of these Neutrogena products: 1. Neutrogena's Skin Clearing, Microclear, non-greasy makeup with built-in anti-pimple effect. It's more expensive than their powder, but it's worth it and leaves skin smooth and even.2. Apply a thin layer of this product once the liquid foundation has dried.3. Rejoice in how even your skin looks and curse the patriarchy for the idea that a woman's face should look "perfect" at all. how powder looks after morning irritated skin. (no red).
