For the price of the shoes they are really good. There was a question on the order form if I wanted them to be packed in secondary packaging, I agreed. Received almost immediately. They were in a Revain plastic bag and then in another CLEAR plastic bag. If I didn't opt for an extra pocket, they would just be in a zipped pocket for all to see. I wore them and they were very tight and I had trouble getting my foot in. Went in it and the heels sank into the boots and the toes were damn tight. No thank you. I came back for a full refund
