I work part time as a security guard in a condominium complex, only two 8 hour shifts a week. For some strange reason, the lobby of the building I'm in is always very hot, and the lobby is like a steam room. Management provided a floor fan for security staff but it still helps quite warm. When Revain suggested this battery powered mini fan to me, I decided to give it a try and see if it would bring additional relief. I wasn't expecting much given the low price on the product page. Well the fan arrived yesterday and I'm just stunned. This fan is surprisingly powerful for such a compact device and, as advertised, it's also surprisingly quiet. The fan has a USB charging cable and charges fairly quickly, around three hours for a full charge. The battery life of the fan depends on the selected speed; The fan has three speeds. The fan has a tripod stand, which is very flexible. It can be stood upright or wrapped around the side of a crib or stroller. How powerful is it? Well, a few years ago I bought a personal fan that was about six times the size of this one. Despite its small size, this fan is much more powerful than the one I previously purchased and cools a small area much more efficiently. While I haven't had a chance to try it at work yet - I only work weekends - I fully expect this fan to help me stay calm while protecting my apartment lobby from Hades. I'm glad I ordered this product and I have to say that I find it really effective, especially considering the low price, compact size and silent operation. My rating is five full stars, but I would rate it even higher if I could. Terrific!
