Not sure what went right and where did everything go terribly?

The most useful features are scheduling, booking system (both for in-house events or conferences), reporting of all information about attendees/users to clients as well their online registration process which makes it easier than ever before! I have nothing good at this moment because my experience with them has been quite bad so far - they do not respond quickly enough when you need help solving issues regarding your account; sometimes changes made by support team don't get applied immediately after submitting ticket via Support Portal but only some time later while we still cannot use our product normally due lack thereof.; no automatic backup option available if something goes wrong during server maintenance period ; very expensive pricing plan compared other similar products like Eventbrite etc., even though there's absolutely zero differences between basic plans offered here vs others outthere except price tag!

  • Customer service is also excellent once issue gets resolved :)

  • Very high cost comparing against competitors such eventBrite,
  • No automated data recovery feature.
  • Not able yet implement
