2020 13" MBP can only run two external monitors (for me one 1080, the other 1440) with an Intel chip, this device allowed me to add a third display (1080), which uses USB instead of a graphics chip. Please note that the driver CD is not supported on macOS. Just download the DisplayLink drivers directly from the DisplayLink website. After installing the drivers, you can connect your monitor, but it's blank. Then you want to open displays on Mac and you're prompted to allow DisplayLink Manger to "capture this screen" - allow these permissions, restart DisplayLink Manager and Your screen should work. I will mark this screen as well. Rotation is also supported.
