This rating would have been a 5 except for the door/gate hardware missing from the packaging. I tried to contact the company (IRIS) for two months - email, phone, access to web documents and no response at all. We hold the gate together with the Velcro, which the puppy tries to chew off. Otherwise... if the gate was attached that would be great. However, the immunity was a big disappointment. I had to send it back but thought it would be easier to get the missing parts. Not correct! So if you're missing details, contact Revain immediately. Don't worry about returning to the company. Update - this was done a few months later and after several more attempts to contact the company about the missing parts I declined. VERY UNSATISFIED with customer service. My advice: if you expect to need something from one company, buy another brand. I would like to give two ratings: the product would get a 5 for good workmanship and ease of use, or if the hardware was available but the company would get a 0 for customer service.
