The ability to have all the calls recorded at once is great as it will save time from having to listen to the same call multiple times. We do not like that there are no buttons for us to press to record the call. It seems that we have to start them from the beginning each time which adds more time to the process. This software is very helpful in managing and recording calls made by our employees. The best part about using VIAVO is that it's so easy! You can literally do everything from start-to-finish in less than 5 minutes (or even faster). I've used more traditional phone systems for years now but they just don't compare with how simple this system really makes things. Sometimes when you're out having fun at an event or something like that, your business calls will be lost. If someone needs you right away then there are other options available if needed but otherwise its super convenient.
