Review on Acer PM141Q Portable Monitor Included 13.3", 1920X1080, 60Hz, Wide Screen, ‎UM.AP1AA.001 by Chad Striker

Great idea in my review

Having a portable second monitor for my laptop is invaluable. I hold it in portrait mode next to my 15.6 inch Acer Swift 5 laptop and it works great. It's slightly larger than a laptop, just as thick, and almost as heavy. It's not intended for portrait use, so I found a solution that works at home, but might be difficult to replicate when I get back to work. Encoders will love this, Acer please make them for 13.3" and 14" screens in portrait mode. I'll update pretty soon if you're making a thinner, lighter portable monitor with smaller bezels for portrait mode. A 4:3 aspect ratio would also be nice. Please place the USB port on the right long side to connect with my Acer laptop. I don't know if it's technically feasible to have a touchscreen, but it would be nice. You can buy another one. I've been using it for a few days now and I really like it. It's an invaluable extra screen real estate.

Pros
  • The screen worked with my Mac Air right out of the box. Connected to USB-C port. Made. Very important.
Cons
  • What technical support? Nobody answered
