A great alternative to always thinking your pan is dirty.
I'm not very good at maintaining cast iron pans. I find the idea of not cleaning them repulsive, even though I know it destroys everything that cast iron does well. This cleaner was a good compromise. It doesn't clean much and also helps break down excess fats that I don't want to stick to the pan. This has helped minimize the transfer of flavor and smell from one dish to the next, and my pan looks better than it has in years. I supplement this with conditioner by putting some in the pan and heating it before storing. Love it.
