I don't know what people are complaining about. These work great and last a long time. I've had mine for many years. I used to hate these types of cleaning products because they never worked properly. I was visiting a friend recently and she had a trendy one (sucks) so I bought her these as a gift. BTW my husband prefers sponges and they always end up smelly and thrown in the bin after being smashed in the dishwasher (to freshen up). This product never smells and will last through tons of sponges. So if you want to reduce waste I would recommend it.
